Jeff went over to the shop, and using his decades of welding skills, he hand welded a cooker that he knew would be able to withstand all of the use and abuse it would go through all year round.
So, the first Pappy’s Campfire Cooker was born! From there, the brothers began to brainstorm each of their ideas of what a perfect cooker would need. Jeff’s son, Mike, joined in, after a few prototypes and a few tweaks, they ended up with the BEST cooker on the market today, Pappy’s Campfire Cooker. Solid construction combined with family values, makes this cooker truly a one of a kind, patent pending masterpiece.
Who is Pappy? Pappy is the father of the owners Jeff, John and Chris, who passed away in 2013. The Campfire Cooker is named in his wonderful memory. Pappy loved people and he was loved by many. You could always find him socializing, visiting others, or opening his very own home for any reason, for anyone. Nobody was a stranger to Pappy. Campfires have a way of drawing people together to share stories, laughter, and delicious food. Pappy loved all of that more than anything else!
