Bacon & Spinach Wood Fired Pizza

Bacon!!! Yaassss!  I feel like that’s all I really need to say.  Let’s do this. Margherita Wood Fired Pizza

This particular pizza is probably my all time favorite pizza recipe.  It tastes like Bruschetta to me but so much easier to make and eat!  Let’s get started!! Classic Chicken Quesadillas

Philly Cheese Steak Quesadillas

Today was a bit cloudy and cool, which was perfect weather to kick off our Quesadilla edition.  Today’s recipe is super simple but complexly delicious!  Easy to make for a few or for a crowd.  If you are making these for a crowd, be careful, especially at the Campground – you will quickly become THE spot to be!  Our recipe makes 8 Quesadillas. Roast Beef Campfire Sandwiches

Wow!  We have had quite a bit of rain this week.  Today it was cool and lovely, and perfect for these savory sandwiches!  If camping, you can prepare these sandwiches before you leave and then just throw them on your Grill Plate to heat & eat.  Our recipe makes 4 sandwiches, so double or triple, etc. for the size of your crowd.  We love these for lunch or a quick & easy dinner.  These pair superbly with a great potato salad. Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Kabobs

I’m baaaaack!  I’m in so much love with Teriyaki.  It’s seriously something I could eat several times a week.  These kabobs make it even easier, they cook up quick – which means I can eat quick!  Easy to make for a crowd or for a few.
